Welcome to NiRank. These Terms and Conditions govern the digital marketing and web services provided by Javier Nicolás Gómez Flórez (trading as NiRank), based in Wimbledon, London. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
NiRank provides professional SEO, Web Design, Google Business Profile (Local SEO) management, and Google Ads (PPC) campaigns. The specific deliverables for each project will be outlined in the individual proposal or invoice sent to the Client.
2. Payment Terms
- One-off Projects: For services such as Web Design, SEO Audits, or initial setups, a 100% upfront payment is required before work commences.
- Monthly Retainers: Management services (SEO/GMB) are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe.
- Non-Refundability: Due to the bespoke nature of digital services and the immediate allocation of resources, all payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide necessary access (WordPress, Hosting, Google accounts) and information in a timely manner. NiRank is not responsible for project delays caused by a lack of client cooperation or delayed feedback.
4. Results and Performance
NiRank uses industry-leading AI technology and expertise to dominate search rankings. However, as search engines (Google, Bing) use third-party proprietary algorithms, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or overnight results.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
